Vexaro opens early access

4 min read

Remote access with roles, session recording and an audit trail, now in early access with guided onboarding. Run it in our cloud or inside your own perimeter.

Today Vexaro opens early access, and more teams can now request it. Onboarding is guided for now: request access, and we will help you connect your first Windows machines and run your first sessions, either in our cloud or, on the Enterprise plan, inside your own perimeter.

Vexaro started from a simple frustration: the tools that keep a modern organization connected and secure rarely talk to each other. Remote access lives in one product, site-to-site networking in another, security reviews in a spreadsheet, and the people who own all three end up stitching policies by hand. We wanted one place where access, connectivity, and security share an identity, a policy model, and an audit trail.

What you can do today

  • Connect to Windows computers through Vexaro Desk, with roles, session recording and an audit log. Apps for macOS, Linux and mobile are planned.
  • Reach a Windows machine from a web browser, through the viewer in the Vexaro console.
  • Use our managed cloud or, on the Enterprise plan, run Vexaro Desk inside your own perimeter.

Early access means exactly what it says: early, and in the open. The core paths are solid and we run them ourselves every day, but you will find rough edges, and some capabilities are still landing. We would rather ship a real product you can use and shape than hold it back behind a wall of promises. Where something is not ready, we say so in the product and in our docs.

How we think about security in early access

Security is not a milestone we are deferring until launch. Sessions and traffic are encrypted in transit, and end-to-end between the two endpoints when the connection is direct peer-to-peer. Every session needs the host's consent or its unattended password, and self-hosted deployments keep session data and logs inside your own infrastructure. We are also working toward recognized international certification, and we will publish our status as we reach each step rather than claim a badge before we have earned it.

Ship the real thing, name the gaps, and improve in the open.

If you run infrastructure for a team, such as a helpdesk, a managed service practice or a business spread across sites, we would love your hands on it. Request access, run a session, push it, and tell us where it bends. The fastest way to shape the product right now is to use it and write to us.
